SMS and Email Terms

These terms describe the email and text messaging programs offered by HEIR BRANDS LLC, doing business as Original HEIR (“Original HEIR,” “we,” “us” or “our”).

Signing up

You may choose to receive marketing emails, marketing text messages, or both from Original HEIR. Signing up is voluntary, and you do not need to subscribe to either program to make a purchase.

Email and SMS subscriptions are separate. Subscribing to email does not automatically subscribe you to text messages. Providing a phone number for shipping, customer service or Heiroscope does not, by itself, enroll you in marketing texts.

By entering your mobile number and selecting ‘Sign up for texts,’ you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts from Original HEIR at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required to purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

Email communications

When you subscribe to Original HEIR marketing emails, you agree to receive product news, launches, offers, haircare education, event invitations and other brand updates. Email frequency varies.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or by contacting oh@originalheir.com. We will process your request promptly and within the time required by law.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not prevent us from emailing necessary order confirmations, shipping updates, responses to your inquiries or other non-marketing communications related to services you request.

SMS communications

By expressly opting in to Original HEIR’s SMS program, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from or on behalf of Original HEIR at the mobile number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology.

Messages may include product announcements, offers, launch updates and shopping reminders. Message frequency varies.

Your consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. You confirm that you are the account holder or are authorized to subscribe using the mobile number provided.

If you separately request transactional texts, such as order or delivery updates, those messages will be sent according to the consent you provide for that service.

Message charges and availability

Original HEIR does not charge a separate subscription fee for its SMS program. Your wireless provider’s message and data charges may apply.

Message delivery depends on your wireless provider and other technical factors. Delivery may be delayed or unavailable, and neither Original HEIR nor participating carriers guarantee delivery of every message. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

The SMS program is intended for customers with supported U.S. mobile numbers.

Unsubscribing from texts and getting help

To stop receiving text messages from the program, reply STOP to an Original HEIR text. You may also request to unsubscribe by emailing oh@originalheir.com or otherwise clearly communicating your request to us.

You may receive one non-promotional text confirming your unsubscribe request. We will honor requests within the time required by law.

Email and SMS preferences are managed separately. To stop both, use the unsubscribe options for each channel or email us requesting removal from both programs.

If you change or give up your mobile number, please unsubscribe the old number or notify us so we can update our records.

Free-shipping signup offer

Customers who sign up for both Original HEIR email and SMS marketing receive a code for free standard ground shipping on their first U.S. order.

Enter the code at checkout within 30 days after signup. The offer is limited to one use per customer and excludes express or upgraded shipping.

Customers may purchase without subscribing. Unless another offer applies, standard ground shipping is $5, with free standard ground shipping on orders over $100.

You may unsubscribe from email or SMS at any time. We will not retroactively charge shipping on an order that already received the offer because you later unsubscribe.

Privacy

We use Klaviyo and other service providers to help manage subscriptions and deliver communications. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain and disclose personal information, including applicable uses for personalization, advertising and AI-related services, and how you can exercise your privacy choices.

For privacy questions or deletion requests, email oh@originalheir.com. We may retain limited information needed to honor your unsubscribe request, document consent or meet applicable legal requirements, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Program changes

We may update these terms or change, suspend or discontinue an email or SMS program. We will post updated terms with a revised effective date and provide additional notice or obtain new consent when required.

Changes will not retroactively alter accepted orders or remove rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
