Refund policy

Free returns within 14 days of delivery for unused brushes with the sanitary bristle seal intact. In our discretion, returns may be accepted with the product’s outer packaging opened or compromised, provided that the product is unused and the sanitary bristle seal remains intact. We expressly reserve the right to reject returns and decline refund requests with respect to opened, used, or damaged items. Nothing in that policy or these Terms excludes remedies for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied
goods, or other mandatory consumer rights.
